Everything went so smoothly with the help of Lorena and Jairo at Grupo Galápagos. From the airport - being met by Bairo - to our first planned activity at the El Chavo and the Tunnels to a wonderful dinner - we were so impressed. Every evening, Jairo would text us to know the schedule and meeting time for the next day's tour(s) and then meet us at our hotel in the morning to walk with us to the meeting point. The hotel was perfect, and all of the tours were exciting, invigorating, and informative. Grupo Galapagos had excellent flexibility allowing us to fully customize our 10 day trip! Accommodations were all within walking distance of restaurants and the water. A representative from Grupo Galapagos picked us up from the airport and really took the stress out of arriving in an unfamiliar place. All the day tours booked by Grupo Galapagos were great and what we expected. We really enjoyed our trip and would highly recommend using Grupo Galapagos for our travelers interested in visiting the Galapagos. Providing full length wet suits to use for the entire trip was a big game changer! Many other travelers on our tours did not have them and they were all shivering in the cold water. Having the wetsuits allowed us to enjoy the marine life without worrying about getting cold.
