The tours were good. The accomodations were fair. But it was not for the purpose of staying in the hotel that we came to Galapagos! For a short experience, it was very good 👍

El hotel donde nos alojamos, Acacia, estuvo muy bien. También estuvo bien los traslados desde el aeropuerto hasta el hotel y los traslados dentro de la isla. Hay un aspecto a mejorar. El trayecto en barco/lancha desde Puerto Ayora hasta Isabela fue peligroso porque el mar estaba picado y porque la embarcación debería ser más grande para dicho trayecto. Nadie te dice ni te explica lo que implica estar en un barco de ese tamaño en el mar. Varios pasajeros terminaron vomitando. El barco daba botes continuos y se movía muchísimo. Nadie obligaba a ponerse el chaleco salvavidas ni daban ninguna explicación ante una eventual emergencia. Se debería explicar a los pasajeros a lo que se enfrentan y las condiciones del mar y del barco para que ellos decidan si efectivamente quieren hacer ese tour. El resto de los tours propuestos y hechos estaban bien organizados

Everything went so smoothly with the help of Lorena and Jairo at Grupo Galápagos. From the airport - being met by Bairo - to our first planned activity at the El Chavo and the Tunnels to a wonderful dinner - we were so impressed. Every evening, Jairo would text us to know the schedule and meeting time for the next day's tour(s) and then meet us at our hotel in the morning to walk with us to the meeting point. The hotel was perfect, and all of the tours were exciting, invigorating, and informative.
