I'm Tracey Seward. I founded Aretia because the hardest thinking almost never gets done at a desk.

Most of my career was spent at Accenture, in the rooms where those decisions get made, because I was making some of them. I built the global unit that decided what the firm sold worldwide.

I've also summited Kilimanjaro multiple times and walked the Camino into Santiago more than once, including with my son. I've led groups across four continents, and I'm NOLS Wilderness First Aid and CPR/AED certified.

Being out there is one thing. Being responsible for the people who came with you is another. That's the job that matters when you're the one being led, and I do it myself on every experience.

Home base is downtown Chicago. I'm a mom of three, and Nonna to three.
