For most part, we had good experience with Traveleez. Planning and Sales with Valeria was very good and she had been very prompt and accommodating. During the tour, Karina was helpful. Following areas need to be improved: 1. Accommodation in Cusco needs to be improved and communication with the hotel by Traeleez should be better. Rooms were not so good and initially rooms provided were very bad and upon complain, we were moved to other rooms but still the new rooms were not up to the mark. Location of the hotel was very good but hotel by itself was not good at all. 2. Various guides provided were good but when we have been with driver alone, I would recommend to have someone with English speaking ability at least on the phone to have easy communication. 3. Breakfast and Lunch during Humantay lake and rainbow mountain was not good. I strongly feel for the amount paid for the package, accommodation and meals should be made better.
