I am afraid that I don't recognise this as the same expedition that I was organising. I have spoken to all of the staff, and no concerns were raised by participants at the time, and none dismissed. No decisions were disorganised in any way and indeed in a short period of bad weather our instructors worked hard through the night to ensure the safety and comfort of participants. Plans and routes were changed due to this weather disruption but that does not mean disorganisation, rather it means that we were assessing risks and adapting to circumstances. In the normal course of things I would examine every aspect of the expedition but I was there. I met your daughter at the station at the start, spoke to her on several occasions and she said nothing to indicate any concerns whatsoever to me. She was helped throughout the expedition by instructors. Interestingly every other person contacting us about the trip was very complimentary; if you look at all of our previous reviews they are all 5 stars bar one (which was about our refund policy and not about an event), and yet the expeditions were staffed by the same team.
