This was my first retreat with Valerie and Lucia, and it was wonderful across the board. The location was ideal. Water, wood fires, nourishment, and serenity. The community was loving and honest and respectful. This was what I needed. I highly recommend turning things over to Valerie and Lucia, in any setting.

Val and Lucia hosted a wonderful retreat weekend in the most gorgeous land of OZ farm. Morning yoga, afternoon dance and everything in-between left me feeling relaxed, present and restored. The food (courtesy of Margaret and Chris) was fresh, delicious and nourishing. It was a real treat and I feel very lucky to have had the experience.
