We booked a 7 Day Peru, Inca Land with Sunrise at Machu Picchu: Lima, Cusco, Sacred Valley tour and it exceeded all of our expectations. During the planning stage all of my questions were answered promptly and efficiently. The communication was excellent and I was confident booking our trip with Vipac Travel (Viajes Pacifico). Our tour was amazing. We traveled from February 12 - 19, 2026. We had two coordinators assigned to us. Fatima in Lima and Laura in Cusco. Each of them coordinated our entire tour for their respective cities. Both of them were exceptional and attended to our every need including meeting us to/from the airport, advising us daily of the upcoming events and names of our tour guides, supplying information about local restaurants, customs and places of interest to visit. They also supplied their contact information in case we had any concerns arise. We had private transfers and drivers supplied for all transportation. All of our guides were extraordinary and very knowledgeable about their particular tour. We learned about many aspects of Peru including the history and Spanish influence, the Inca civilization up to the present culture in Peru, agriculture and biodiversity, geography including the Andean mountains, politics - past and present and Peru's economy. It was a great learning experience for my husband and I. All of our guides were respectful, kind and went out of their way to make our trip a wonderful experience. Thank you to Suzanne (Lima), Aracely & Marlenee (Cusco, Sacsayhuamán, Sacred Valley) and Jaime (Aguas Calientes, Machu Picchu). Our trip is filled with many special memories because of you! Kudos to the individuals who plan the itineraries at Vipac. You do a great job! We saw so many incredible sites and some extras, like visiting a textile cooperative and the restaurants for some included lunches were carefully chosen. Our days were full of exciting places to see. Finally, I appreciate Vipac allows you to choose your hotel identifying different groups of luxury, boutique or standard hotel options. In fact, they also allowed choosing different categories for the train ride to Aguas Calientes as well. In our case, we chose mid - upscale hotels and were very pleased with all of the hotels and the amenities they had. We would highly recommend booking tours with Vipac to any friends or family. The tour was a high-end, customized tour and I wouldn't hesitate to book through Vipac again.
