I have mixed feelings. Marvel was very responsive, helpful and professional in getting the trip organized, and I felt the cost was competitive. However, the last minute changes were not so well received. For example, from the beginning, I wanted to go to the Boma dinner show and he told me upfront it was sold out and that they would monitor it. Weeks later, I found tickets available and asked if I should book them. He said he had secured 5 tickets - but seemed to forget that yes, we really did want to go, that was on my original list of desired activities. We only had 2 nights we could go and it was raining, so that reduced the spots available, but, still - I'm regretful that I didn't book them myself when I saw they were available, and yet I shouldn't have had to. It seemed that most of our bookings were made last minute. We were sitting around a couple of times wondering if we needed to make our arrangements, which is also not a situation we should have been in. Also, when we were there, I learned of a bunch of activities that I didn't know existed. I wish he had shared activity ideas for our consideration since it was a once in a lifetime trip. We didn't have any issues with payment - he made that very easy. It was Christmas and he got us around that day so that was nice, but whether I wouldn't have rather booked directly myself is up in the air.
