My wife and I chose Ecuador as the place where we wanted to celebrate our anniversary and without Discover Banos, our time would have been vastly different. It is evident that with Discover Banos, hospitality is their heart and skill. Discover Banos was thoughtful in helping curate an unforgettable experience for us. Before we landed in Ecuador, they stayed in constant communication helping us navigate experiences that fit our personalities, timeline, and desires. Additionally, they coordinated transportation to and from landing to ensure we were welcomed and cared for from beginning to end. We were able to experience the richness of Ecuador generally and Banos specifically. We developed a deeper appreciation and heart for Banos and its history as a resilient city and cultural hub. Their love for their city is was felt and transferred to us through their service. So grateful for the Discover Banos team. I hope they expand to different countries and cities because their team is a value add to the people looking to travel well. Highly recommend and will use again when we return with our kids.
