The staff and our naturalist guide (Peter) were awesome. Helpful and courteous and a pleasure to interact with. They went out of their way to help us and make sure we get the most out of our adventure. The ship was exactly the right size for us. Allowed us to get to know all the other guests and the crew members. It was an unforgettable trip for me. I highly recommend it to fellow nature lovers and adventurers.

It was a very comfortable trip with everything we could ask for. We had some trouble with the delayed arrival of the plane, but we appreciate their flexible response. The schedule was explained every night and was displayed on the monitors on the ship, but it would have been convenient if there was email or a dedicated website so that we could check it on our smartphones. I am a foreigner and I am not fluent in English, so I cannot understand everything, but if you provide the information in text, I can supplement it with Google Translate. I was surprised that the basic time of the schedule was the time of mainland Ecuador, not the time of the Galapagos Islands. Was this explained? I was confused. I had booked yoga early in the morning on the second day, but I misunderstood the schedule as the Galapagos time, so I was unable to do yoga. Wifi was charged separately, but it was very expensive and I was dissatisfied. In this day and age, I would like WIFI to be provided free of charge and to be prepared with high speed. All the food was delicious, but the temperature dropped quickly, so the taste deteriorates when it cools down, so I thought they needed to come up with some way to keep it warm or make the food taste good even when it cools down. I thought they needed to come up with some way to improve the entertainment during the travel time around noon on the third day. Instead of two islands, it would be better to have an event on one island like the second day, such as Isabella Island. The shampoo and conditioner in the shower room are of low quality, so please provide high-quality ones that don't make your hair dry. We were divided into groups, but since I was traveling alone, it would have been better if I had been with someone who was traveling alone. There weren't many people traveling alone in the first place, so it's fine. It would be helpful to have a clothes dryer. My wet clothes didn't dry at all. I was glad to see the giant tortoises in the Highlands on the last day. However, this is a mountainous area, so the temperature suddenly dropped and it started raining. I didn't have a raincoat or umbrella in my suitcase. I would have liked an explanation in advance. Maybe there was an explanation, but I was a foreigner and didn't understand it. The guide had an umbrella, but she didn't ask to lend it to the customers. I wish they would educate the guides to be that considerate. The female guide on the last day was boring, her explanation was long, and she lacked consideration, so she should receive service training or training to be able to tell interesting stories. This guide also explained about Darwin in the lecture on the third day, but the way he delivered the information was not well thought out and everyone fell asleep. It would have been nice if the presentation materials used in the briefing could be viewed on a smartphone or other device so that they could be reviewed later.
