What was not to like. A great group of likeminded scullers taking on a challenge in an utterly beautiful area on an event which was run brilliantly and safety. Julian and Carleen were expert, fun and considerate guides with a wealth of experience to hand which instilled great confidence. The Broken Island Lodge, which was our base, and their staff were just outstanding. I would recommend this trip to anyone who appreciates Sculling and stunning wildlife mixed into one. I'll be back next year

Loved this trip! Great experience in coastal rowing.Beautiful location,lovely accommodation with friendly staff and great food. The daily rows were suited to everyone in the group,and the itinerary was discussed the night before,and the morning prior.Our guides were terrific....experienced,organized,and flexible. Great experience renting coastal quads for the Seventy48 race in Washington state. Julien was very helpful and did everything to make the process as smooth as possible.

We were lucky enough to rent one of Katie and Julien's coastal quads for the Seventy48, a 70-mile race from Tacoma to Port Townsend, Washington. It was a fantastic experience in every way. Katie and Julien went out of their way to make sure we knew how to safely transport and set up the trailer, the boat was GREAT (stable, fast, and responsive), and we were the fastest quad on the water that day! I can't imagine a better set-up. We rave about these guys, and look forward to doing business with them again as soon as we can.
