I am a mother, a traveler, song writer, dancer, yoga teacher and a cook. I never liked to limit myself with labels. My journey with yoga started when moved to San Diego in 2006. I began practicing almost everyday and when I saw that my yoga journey brought me back home to myself, I knew that I would someday be a yoga teacher.
In 2011, I was a new Mother and I signed up for my first YTT. I completed my 200 RYT training at Namaste Yoga Center led by my teacher, Elka Haeckel. Soon after, I had my second son and began my Prenatal Yoga training at Nature's Whisper School of Yoga. Most recently in 2015, completed my Yoga for a Happy Back training with Rachel Krentzman.
I love being of service to my community and teaching with my heart. My classes range from gentle to energetic, but they will all leave you feeling light, free and open. I currently teach Vinyasa, Hatha, Gentle, Prenatal and Baby Yoga.
