I didn’t come into this retreat expecting some kind of life altering shift but something about the way Zaina holds space makes it hard not to drop in deeper. Into your body, your breath, and whatever you’ve been avoiding.
The setting was absolutely beautiful, but more than that, the energy she cultivated with the group was grounded, present, and very much real. There was No forced positivity or cheesy wellness clichés just honest movement, breath, silence, and moments that landed in a lasting way.
Zaina’s approach isn’t just about yoga it’s about reconnecting with your own internal rhythm, and doing it in a way that doesn’t feel performative or fake. You’re not trying to be “spiritual,” you’re just learning to be more human.
I feel clear, recharged, and recalibrated. Highly recommend this experience to anyone who needs to unplug and reset but especially if you don’t usually do this kind of thing. That’s when it hits the hardest.
