We had a good time, there were just several (easily remedied) things that left us with a less than stellar experience. We think Darren and Daisy were phenomenal and wish the best for them. We loved bonding with the other couples. It was so fun to take a big group of different people and throw them together... they were wonderful. We LOVED the couples yoga and acro-yoga, Darren and Daisy are INCREDIBLE teachers. My husband loved that Darren helped him feel a bit more in his body while practicing.

If you are looking for an experience that will re-align you with your partner, yourself and, frankly, the universe, this is it. I can think of few experiences in my life that have had that kind of impact in that short a period of time. Darrin and Daisy are amazing at creating an environment of ease, comfort, and joy. And the classes were great for everyone--regardless of previous yoga experience. Darrin and Daisy are phenomenal teachers who really observe their students and respond to their needs. I was blown away. Being in the mountains, right next to Garden of the Gods is also incredible. It was like I rolled in on empty but left with a full heart and spirit.

Daisy and Darren created such a sweet sweet vibe within the group, such great cohesion. It allowed everyone to become vulnerable on their own terms and open up however they wanted, no pressure to participate, conform to a schedule, or perform a certain way. It was an enlightening weekend I've carried through to create peace and love energy since in the everyday, give back, and be grateful. They really know how to do these retreats! 300% recommend.

Had an amazing time at this retreat. It was my first yoga retreat as I am new to yoga but super pot friendly. Mixing the two, combined with a beautiful accommodation, weather, & like minded people was wonderful & more than I expected. Thank you so much again, Darrin & Daisy!
