The yoga retreat in this location on Long Island is absolutely unforgettable. Uvi’s family is unique to make everyone feeling at home, cozy, included, taken care in the body, mind and soul. The yoga is tailored based on everyone necessities. The breath work is special dedicated to strengthening the vagus nerve. Performing yoga and breathing in front of the ocean bay of Jamesport under Uvi’s guidance it has been a mystic experience. The special session of the sound healing is another amazing experience you cannot miss. Uvi’s singing mantra while playing different percussion instruments will put you in a high vibrational state. For me it has been having like an etra body experience. I’m looking forward to joining other retreats organized by Uvi. If you haven’t done it yet, you won’t regret it!

This short but incredibly potent getaway was the perfect cocktail of deep soul-work, beachside bliss, and fun. From the first afternoon sun to the final, golden sunset, every single moment felt intentional, rejuvenating, and deeply nourishing. Yuval’s ability to guide you inward is truly special. Having Gee there to assist made the weekend feel incredibly luxurious and safe. Gee ensured that everyone felt perfectly aligned and deeply taken care of throughout our retreat. Packing a full, transformative retreat experience into a long weekend is an art form, and Yuval is an absolute master. His daily yoga classes were beautifully sequenced—fluid, challenging, and deeply grounding. His Yoga Dance is a total standout experience… pure, uninhibited joy.. It allowed everyone to shake off residual stress, let go of expectations, and just celebrate being alive in our bodies. While the entire weekend was spectacular, the absolute pinnacle was the magical sound healing session. As we lay in restorative bliss, Yuval infused the space with his beautiful, soulful singing. His voice, paired with the healing vibrations of the instruments, was nothing short of transcendent. We were blessed with spectacular weather all weekend long. In between sessions, there was ample time for swimming and long beach walks. We cleared our minds to the sound of birds, wind and water while soaking up the much-needed sunshine. The group brought together a beautiful mix of familiar faces and wonderful new souls. Whether we were laughing over pizza or french toast bagels, sharing stories on beach walks, or sitting in sacred silence together, the sense of community and shared experience was instant and heartfelt. Yuval and Gee managed to squeeze a week's worth of magic, relaxation, and transformation into one long weekend. I returned home sun-kissed, stretched out, well-fed, and deeply content. This was my fifth retreat in Jamesport with Uvy and G, and somehow it keeps getting better every year! What makes this experience so special is the incredible community—kind, compassionate, like-minded people who come together to create something truly meaningful. The friendships, laughter, and sense of belonging are real and lasting. We had an unforgettable Sound Healing session at one of the most spiritual places of Long Island too… The art exhibitions are inspiring, the food is amazing, and the fun is genuine. But above all, the yoga is simply the best I’ve experienced anywhere in the Northeast. Every session leaves me feeling stronger, more centered, and deeply grateful.
