Cancellation policies are set by the trip organizer. Please check the trip’s description for the applicable cancellation policy or contact the organizer if it’s a private trip.

For non-private trips featured publically on WeTravel and if no cancellation policy is mentioned in the trip description, then the policy is the following: Deposits are non-refundable if the trip is going through. If you cancel your booking more than 30 days prior to departure, the penalty is 50% of the trip price. Within 30 days of departure, the penalty is 100%. Because of this, we highly recommend taking out a comprehensive insurance policy that covers cancellation. Please see our FAQ for travelers for more information about travel insurance.
