Mike Richardson is a yoga teacher based out of San Francisco, CA. After yoga redefined his life in 2003, Mike has dedicated himself to sharing his love of yoga with others. His Vinyasa-based Bhakti Flow classes focus on breath and movement. Teaching with gratitude, presence and the belief that we are all students of life, Mike’s approach to yoga is truly for everyone.

Elysabeth Williamson has been an innovator and a internationally recognized teacher for over twenty-five years. Her unique, heart-centered teaching style comes from over thirty years of practice in a variety of yogic traditions. She is the founder of Principle-Based Partner Yoga™ and author of ‘The Pleasures and Principles of Partner Yoga’, a seven year undertaking.
