A New Beginning

We at Wetravel are all for different environments, changes, and new ideas. After all, they’re some of the reasons why we love to travel! Although change can be pretty scary, we think that it can provide us with diverse learning experiences and new beginnings.

Well, this past month has been a whirlwind for us and a new chapter in the Wetravel story. For the past year or so, we’ve been working with Skydeck | Berkeley to develop Wetravel, its message, and how it works. While at Skydeck, we’ve been presented with so many opportunities for growth and improvement that have led us to where we are and who we are today. We want to thank Skydeck | Berkeley for giving us an environment, where we could learn, grow, and dream.

Although our time with the Skydeck | Berkeley program has come to a close, Wetravel is still working as hard as ever. Before we graduated from the Skydeck | Berkeley program, we were presented with another opportunity for growth by Foundation Capital, which also gave us the chance to move into the city and into a new office!

While we’re sad to say goodbye to Skydeck, we at Wetravel are extremely excited about this opportunity with Foundation Capital and our new space! Although it took some time for us to settle in, we’re feeling right at home and we can’t wait for what’s in store for us. Follow along as we work toward the development, improvement, and future of Wetravel!
