The LAAIC 300-hour Embodied Practice Advanced Teacher Training is an invitation to delve into the heart, focus the mind, and embody the practice through sincere understanding.
Led in person by LAAIC founder Talia Sutra, this rigorous and comprehensive training integrates classical āsana, prāṇāyāma, mantra, chanting, meditation, Advaita Vedānta, and Yoga philosophy, as well as foundational scriptural study—all pillars of a life devoted to mokṣa: freedom from Self-ignorance.
LAAIC Trainings gather practitioners from around the world, exploring:
Additional guest teachers will join us on site. LAAIC Mentor and Teachers: Deepak Verma and Noa Sarig will be present throughout and offer support and guidance throughout the training. Mentors will also offer two LAAIC/ Aṣṭāṅga Vinyāsa Āsana Sādhana classes each during the course.
LAAIC programs are intensive: mentally, emotionally, physically, and energetically. They are not retreats or holidays!
Main requirement: a sincere willingness to face and work with challenges as they arise. These are part of the sādhana process.
Second requirement: faith in the practice and foundational trust in LAAIC and its faculty.
There are no physical prerequisites. Flexibility is not required. Maturity, presence, alertness, a positive attitude and a willingness to learn are our main requirements.
Teaching post-graduation is optional, but in order to receive certification, participation in practice teaching is required.

India pulses with vibrant energy—imagine lush jungles, vivid colors and scents, mischievous monkeys and gentle cows, and the ever-present sound of the river. Experiencing Mother India while immersed in deep yogic study is a lifelong treasure.
Our training will be hosted at Nirvana River Resort, a secluded natural sanctuary nestled in the dense forests of the Śivalik hills, on the banks of the Huel River and near the yoga capital of the world—Rishikesh.
Surrounded by green valleys, misty woods, and flowing waters, the resort is located approximately 25 kilometers (about a one-hour drive) from central Rishikesh.
Room Amenities: Each room is equipped with two twin beds and includes air conditioning, mini fridge, electric kettle, private bathroom, soap, towels, hair dryer and bedding.
