• 8–11 AM: The Method: Backbending

• 12–3 PM: The Method: Flexibility & Inversions

• 4–6 PM: LAAIC Benefit Kirtan

You may choose to book a single class or workshop, or take full advantage of the Complete T.S. LAAIC Package, which includes all three of Talia Sutra’s workshops as well as her Signature LAAIC Masterclass. This package offers a comprehensive journey through the fundamentals of Haṭha Yoga, backbending techniques, flexibility, and inversions — with a strong emphasis on reflection and skill development.

• The workshops are suitable for all levels.

• The Masterclass is intended for intermediate practitioners, so we kindly ask you to keep this in mind when purchasing the full package.

• The package does not include the LAAIC Benefit Kirtan, which must be purchased separately.
