Please join us for World Peace Day led by Stephen Niamke. Stephen is the National Field Organizer for Pax Christi USA, longtime community organizer, and nonviolence trainer from Roanoke VA.

Stephen shared "Peace has been chasing me my entire life and finally caught up with me. Peace is my purpose as revealed to me through experiencing violence, physical and verbal abuse, and racism. I finally stopped fighting against my purpose and started fighting for systemically and historically oppressed people."   

In addition to hearing from Stephen, the day will include break-out sessions for discussion of the material, and an interfaith prayer service. We will raise our voices simultaneously with people from around the globe on this day to pray for Peace in our world.
