Through stories, mantra, meditation, āsana, and sacred teachings, you will learn to:

Building and working with an altar in our living space.
Develop a personal Bhakti practice of devotion, surrender, and gratitude through hatha practices, mantra, and meditation.
Learn 10 mantras to inspire Heart-Centered faith and devotion, with emphasis on correct pronunciation and deep understanding of the meaning and symbolism of the invocation.
Learn to properly use a mālaā for japa practice.
Learn and practice Talia’s The Method: Backbending as a form of Devotion. Understand how to create strong foundations for your backbending practice, and learn to deepen your backbends with ease and without pain.

Direct and simple ways of developing and maintaining a daily sādhana (practice) depending on one’s personal temperament.
