About your trip

September 21st, 2025
9am-6pm

Anza Retreat Center
Berkeley, CA

Join us for a deeply nourishing day of yoga, live music, and restorative embodiment practices designed to help you reconnect with your natural intelligence. This retreat will be offered on the seasonal turning point of the Fall Equinox–an ideal time to slow down, align with the rhythms of nature, and move forward with a sense of grounded vitality and inspired purpose.

Your hosts Sonya and Rasa will guide you through key practices such as yoga, sound healing, meditation and mindful nature walks to promote calm, clarity, and connection in an age of increasing digital overwhelm. You will learn powerful yet simple somatic tools that you can take home with you and weave into daily life for long lasting change.

In addition, Rasa will offer a special workshop on how to naturally activate the parasympathetic nervous system (our body’s innate antidote to stress). We call this "magic soup making"! Through music, mindfulness, and delicious nourishment, we’ll explore how to harmonize with the shifting seasons, and how ancient wisdom can help us thrive alongside emerging technologies like AI, not in spite of them.

Held at the gorgeous newly renovated Anza Retreat Center, a sanctuary nestled among oaks and redwoods with sweeping views of Tilden Park. This venue includes access to a redwood hot tub, cedar sauna, cold plunge, and time to rest in private serenity.

A catered organic vegetarian lunch and snacks will be provided.

Space is limited—register early to reserve your spot.

$250

Tickets are non-shareable and non-transferable. Refund available until 48 hours before start of the event. No refunds after 9am on September 19th. No exceptions.
