There is a farmers market across the street from our studio on Sundays so give yourself 5 to 10 minutes extra time to find parking and get settled.

*Registration required before class
*Door is locked 5 min after class start time. Please arrive on time.
*The studio Liability Waiver must be filled out before classes/workshops/retreats.

Lila Heller is a neuro-movement coach and founder of the Love of Movement Method. She has been teaching Pilates since 2004 and leading transformational retreats around the world since 2010. Lila blends Pilates, applied neurology, breathwork, and functional movement to help people move better, feel stronger, and reconnect with their bodies. Her work is rooted in the belief that when we feel good in our bodies, we are inspired to do good in the world.
