A Spring Retreat with Lila Heller & Cary Berkley
Re — again
New — to make fresh, alive, or awakened
All — the whole self, or everything
May 1–3, 2026 | Mandala Springs • Cobb, California
A weekend to reconnect, restore, and remember what makes you feel alive.
Join movement educators Lila Heller and Cary Berkley for a rejuvenating spring retreat designed to nourish your body, quiet your mind, and awaken your senses.
Held at Mandala Springs, a serene wellness retreat center nestled in the rolling hills of Cobb, California, this weekend offers a perfect balance of guided classes, time in nature, and nourishing connection.
Spring is a time of renewal—a natural invitation to let go of what’s heavy and welcome what’s ready to bloom.
Through movement, stillness, community, and nature, you’ll be guided back to your natural rhythm and vitality.
You can expect:
Daily movement and breathwork sessions to reconnect to your body
A morning hike through the beautiful Mandala Springs grounds
A deeply restorative sound bath led by Cary
Delicious, nourishing meals
Spacious time to rest, journal, or explore
