Escape to the Sierras this, "Winter into Spring" season, for a deeply restorative weekend of movement, music and mountain magic. We’ll reconnect mind, body and spirit—with plenty of time for meditation, laughter and not taking ourselves too seriously. This is also a chance to explore what it feels like to be substance-free in a supportive, judgment-free zone. Think good vibes, fresh air and zero pressure.
At Two Little Birds, we love creating one-of-a-kind experiences for every new group and gathering. Each retreat is thoughtfully curated with seasonally selected guest facilitators—leaders in wellness from our local community—who bring depth, insight, and heart to our shared space.
This season, our circle will include:
🌿 Jeremy Anderson, Forest Therapist, High Priestess and long-time Ayurveda educator, who will guide a nature-based ceremony weaving Ayurveda, the elements and mindful immersion for deep connection and inner harmony.
💫 Tiffany Callaway, who will share her knowledge of yoga alignment—helping participants move with ease and confidence, guiding their bodies into their most natural, powerful expression and empowering them to become their own best guides.
🕊️🦉Your very own Two Little Birds, Beverly Jane and Nicole, will lead an immersive nervous system journey, blending Qigong, breathwork, restorative flow, sound, song and soulful journaling for full-body recalibration and deep inner restoration.
Our weekend together will be an open invitation to pause, a time to prioritize and explore well-being. Wintery-spring offerings may include morning yoga or Qigong, time in the forest (or maybe in the fluffy snow), back yard hot spring soaks, river plunges or snow bathing, guided breath and musical experiences, and thoughtful circle sessions with one another. And yay... special bonus! We are bringing an expert masseuse or 2 as an extra offering for those who wish to independently book body work during their stay.
We're looking especially forward to delicious, seasonal, nourishing meals prepared by Rainbow Lodge’s own amazing Chef, Spencer Shapton. Spencer crafts his culinary delights with care to support our weekend of health and restoration - with no meal planning, shopping, prep or cleaning for us!
Above all, what we birds find to be the juiciest part of these weekend retreat experiences, is the space offered for spontaneous connection, curiosity, play, and real-time growth—those magical unplanned moments that can only happen when we slow down, show up fully and let ourselves be totally real.
We're super excited to have you join us at the historic and newly vibrant Rainbow Lodge for a weekend of presence, reflection and renewal. This cozy, vice-free retreat is designed to help you slow down, reset and tap into your natural clarity and strength within. No two retreats are ever the same, because at Two Little Birds Retreats... we’re different!
COMINGS AND GOINGS:
Check-in is Thursday between 4pm-8pm. (Light soup will be provided for those who don't stop to dine along the way.)
Check-out is Sunday after brunch.
PRICING AND POLICIES IN BIG BOLD PRINT:
Tuition ranges from $1295 to $1785 depending on your room choice. **
NOTE: YOUR $500 DEPOSIT UPON BOOKING IS NON-REFUNDABLE - UNLESS YOU ARE ABLE TO FIND A DIRECT REPLACEMENT FOR YOUR BOOKING(S) WITHIN 72 HOURS (3 DAYS), IN WHICH CASE, WE CAN RETURN YOUR DEPOSIT, LESS A $160 ADMIN FEE, PER BOOKING. Quite a bit of time and effort goes into adjusting between cancelations, re-bookings, re-marketing and room changes, and while a waitlist is helpful, it is by no means magical. Deposits are in place for this reason. We really appreciate your understanding! Be sure to double check your calendar (+ work, school, sports & family cals) carefully before booking.
WE HAVE A 30 DAY CANCELATION POLICY FOR OUR WEEKEND RETREATS. YOUR FINAL TUITION PAYMENT IS DUE ONE MONTH PRIOR TO THE RETREAT AND IS NON-REFUNDABLE AFTER THAT DATE. We recommend you mark your calendars with reminders accordingly if you are unsure of your commitment level.
Please sort out any roommates in advance of registration (REMINDER: ROOMMATES ARE ONLY AVAILABLE FOR OUR 2 SHARED ROOMS, SO YOU'LL WANNA BOOK THAT QUICKLY IF YOU'RE HOPING FOR A SHARED ROOM). Thank you!
TRAVEL INSURANCE:
We STRONGLY recommend you purchase TRAVEL INSURANCE for all retreats. Be sure to confirm that your chosen travel insurance covers weather, illness, natural disaster, etc. Please be aware that we have fixed costs that prevent us from offering full refunds.
** Message us at connect@twolittlebirdsretreats.com to inquire about a possible scholarship opportunity. Scholarships are limited and need-based.
