Rejuvenate your body and soul in the serene Sierras with a cozy autumn weekend focused on health and clarity. This vice-free retreat is designed to reveal the natural resources available within each one of us. As always, we are excited to introduce a unique and local surprise guest (or 2!) into our healing weekend. This dreamy weekend is an invitation to slow down, to check in and to prioritize your holistic well being in an open-hearted, playful, peaceful way. Depending on Mother Nature, as always, our weekend wellness festival may include crisp morning yoga, forest time, warm soaks in our homemade hot springs, invigorating cold plunges in the Yuba River bend, breath+sound journey and lots of magic in between. Plus (and it's a BIG plus) DELICIOUS, seasonal, high-nutrition meals by Rainbow Lodge Chef, Spencer Shapton. ReTREAT with us at the historic Rainbow Lodge.
Check-in is Thursday between 4pm-8pm. (Dinner on your own Thursday pm.)
Check-out is Sunday 11am after breakfast.

ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE, so PLEASE carefully check your (and your family's) calendar. FYI, this retreat weekend is also Veterans' Weekend.
In addition, we have a 30 DAY CANCELATION POLICY for our weekend retreats. We recommend you mark your calendars with reminders accordingly if you are unsure of your commitment level or schedule.
What this means is that after October 7th, your full payment will be non-refundable.
Please appreciate the work that goes into adjusting between cancelations, re-bookings and room changes, and sort out any roommate planning (available for shared rooms only) in advance to registration. Thank you!

All will be meals thoughtfully prepared for you from Friday breakfast until Sunday brunch. Yum up seasonal, farm-to-table, veggie-filled, healthful meals by our stellar Rainbow Chef, Spencer Shapton.
Morning and/or evening yoga sessions begin and end your days. A variety of yoga styles will be on the menu. Accessible to all levels of practitioner.
Scrub out stuck stories, and re-invigorate somatically through a variety of healing modalities like Qi Gong, breathwork and sound-bathing.

Whatever the weather, bring your suit to soak outside in our homemade hot spring.
Confront your comfort zone with crisp, immune-boosting dips in the healing waters of the gurgling Yuba River bend.
Grab your pals and hit the road... plenty of free parking. If you're traveling by air, Reno or Sac are your best bet (60ish min). Amtrak has a stop in Truckee (20 min) if you’re into trains!
Plan to eat on the road or take a jaunt up to Truckee after check-in Thursday evening. We will break bread together for the first time Friday morning once we've all settled into our weekend home.
