In this 150 Hour teacher training, Joan will include a variety of topics listed below along with daily asana, pranayama, and meditation practice. This training course will include:

• Advanced asana and pranayama practices daily.

•. Therapeutics,, working with injuries, and healing the nervous system.

• Understanding the five koshas and going deeper into each body.

• ,Learn to read bodies and explore the art of hands on adjustments that are appropriate to the individual.

•. Develop a meditation practice.

•. Integrate the practice of Ayurveda into your daily life and routine.

•. Refine your sequencing skills and learn to sequence for the beginner and advanced yogi.

•  Go deeper in yogic philosophy and learn how to integrate it into your teachings and everyday lives.

•. Learn what dharma is and how to be authentic with what you are offering.

•. Explore aspects of the shadow and teacher student dynamics.

• Teach with confidence!  There will be practice teaching sessions led by Joan.

This training will include guest teachers offering sound baths, kirtans, and body work. The main teacher will be Joan along with special guests to create an immersive experience you won't forget!

This will also be a career path for teachers that have already taken their 200 Hour teacher training or who are already practicing and teaching and wish to continue on their journey. If you haven't taken a 200 Hour, please message Joan and she can help you get caught up if you wish to join this training.

This will be 150 Hours credited towards The School of Yoga.

Goa is the perfect place to relax and unplug from the western world and dive deep into your yoga and meditation practice.  The beaches are bright and vibrant and Goa offers a softer version of India but still with the richness and depth this spiritual culture offers.
