About your trip

A Yoga Retreat with Meg:

Breathworks, mindfulness, and meditation

Join our transformational boutique retreat to rest and revitalize awe, love, and joy. Begin and end each day with Yoga, postures, breathwork, mindfulness, and creative expression nestled by breathtaking views of the Sierra Nevada mountains. “Come back" to your balance with Mindful experiences, integrating Mother Nature for an emotional and spiritual reset. Expect to wander magical meadows, be released like the babbling creek, wish on shooting stars, hike and stroll with the giant Sequoias, and experience uplifting community connections.

Though we will be learning advanced yoga techniques of breath and philosophy, often not seen in fitness Yoga studios, we practice inclusion; all are welcome here, regardless of your level of Yoga and meditation experience.

Every planned activity is up to your discretion.
