1heart's First-Ever Alumni Journey will be a profound & hallmark experience, immersion, and program for our community, centered around the Condor Eagle -- Ayahuasca + Peyote -- Reality.

THE CONDOR EAGLE REALITY & 1HEART

The Condor Eagle Reality was foreseen by the ancestors, elders, and leaders of the Americas centuries ago as a time when humanity would come back into balance with the mind, the Eagle, the North, Peyote, and the heart, the Condor, the South, Ayahuasca.

After 500 years of being mind driven and silencing the heart and spirit, the elders saw our present as the era when these two birds and two cultures could fly in, share, and sing in the same sky, thus bringing unity, connection, harmony, and balance back into civilization, both within our urban jungles and the old forests and jungles across our shared lands of the Americas.

Historically, Costa Rica has been imprinted with loving ceremonial behaviors. Just like people carry patterns from their parents, land carries patterns from the footsteps of our history. It is said that, not only has there NEVER been a war fought in Costa Rica, but also, the tribes of the North and the South would meet in here to pray, sing, dance, and share together. What are we doing with 1heart but echoing and amplifying the good prayers of our ancestors?

1heart's intention with this Alumni Journey is to bring these medicines, cultures, songs and ceremonies together in the lands of Costa Rica with our community as our commitment to remember & inbody "The New Path is an Ancient One."

Our community has been asking for a 1heart program that weaves in new medicine, refreshing opportunities to learn and grow, immersion in community and nature, and experiences to deepen one's personal, professional, creative, and spiritual development.

The Alumni Journey is our answered prayer.

THE ALUMNI JOURNEY PROGRAM (PREPARATION)

This 12-week program starts with a kick-off call on February 2nd, 2026. This begins the 4-week virtual Preparation program, which will guide you through various psychological, creative, ritualistic/ceremonial, communal, and physical exercises to prepare you for the in-person Journey.

Similar to 1heart's current structure, the group will consist of 36 total guests, which will be broken into six smaller groups, think "Elevation Groups," to give everyone that hallmark sense of intimacy and deeper connections. These groups will stay together across all 12 weeks.

THE ALUMNI JOURNEY PROGRAM (IN-PERSON IN COSTA RICA)

We are asking ALL guests to arrive by Friday, February 27th, to the SJO Marriott Hotel / Airbnb as the group will depart together via 3 domestic flights, around 7a, & then a 2-hour shuttle on Saturday, the 1st, to arrive at the center around 12 p.m. There will be various 1heart team members at the SJO Marriott Hotel to create smooth & effortless travel operations for you & the group.

The in-person Journey will be held at Kinkara and begins on Saturday, February 28th, and goes until the morning of Saturday, March 7th.

There will be three ancestral ceremonies, beginning with a Temazcal, followed by ceremonies with Ayahuasca, and then Peyote. Between the ceremonies, we'll have plenty of time to relax in nature & community, plus profound and complementary workshops around creativity, ritual, nature, community & collaboration, and somatic & soundscape experiences that amplify and anchor all we'll receive during the expansive and spiritual ceremonies.

And like 1heart's Journeys for first-timers, you can expect a big team & high levels of support & interaction. We will have a 3:1 guest-to-team ratio, which means we'll have about 12 people present on the 1heart team, which includes the medicine team. However, the team, the medicine team, and the facilitators are yet to be announced!

THE ALUMNI JOURNEY PROGRAM (INTEGRATION)

Given the in-person Journey ends on Saturday, March 7th, we're asking ALL guests to take AT LEAST 2-3 days to relax and ground back into their homes. The spaciousness to settle after our week together cannot be understated, and when people throw themselves right back into work / life as it used to be, the consequences are felt. While we can't enforce this, we HIGHLY encourage it.

From there, our 7-week virtual integration program begins with an "Elevation Group" call on the 12th or 13th. After that, we'll have our first weekly All Tribe call on Monday, March 16th and our last All Tribe call on Monday, April 27th. Each week will also have an "Elevation Group" call, whose time/date is TBD by your group. So two calls per week.

Throughout the 7 weeks of integration, we'll be strengthening the ways we show up in our homes, work lives, communities, creative pursuits, and spiritual practices through curated psychological, creative, ritualistic/ceremonial, communal, and physical exercises, prompts, and modules that complement the preparation and in-person experiences we've lived up until then.

And after the integration program has "ended," you'll be dropped into 1heart's new online community portal (if you aren't there already!) to continue being supported, seen, and nourished no matter where you are or what you're interested in as you "exit" the Alumni Journey program.

We will be offering 4 full scholarship spots, 4-6 Alumni facilitator spots (more on this later), options for 1:1 preparation and/or integration coaching, and other surprises!

There will also be a separately paid medicine fee of $1,000, which goes right to the medicine team & the medicine carriers of these sacred plants.
