Professional travel planning is essential to the success of any trip. The expertise, experience, resources and knowledge a travel planner provides is crucial to that success. With the ever-changing travel industry becoming more challenging every day, having a professional to work with not only the best idea, it is priceless.

 With the amount of time and effort necessary to even begin the planning process, it has become necessary to charge a travel planning fee up front. This fee shows that all parties are invested in the planning process. That there is a level of commitment to follow through with the booking or inquiries and that the time, energy & resources invested by Alt Esc Travel will be done with the mutual goal - to create and book the best trip ever for you! 

Step One: Our first chat will be a 30 minute information gathering call to make sure that we are on the same page and that we can meet each others needs.

Step Two: If we determine that we are going to move forward with the planning process, you will be asked to complete the registration form and submit the $100 planning fee. You only need to complete the fields with an '*' at that point.

Step Three: We begin building the framework for your trip - dates, flights, hotels, etc. At that time, you will need to complete the rest of the fields on your registration - with payment information to make reservations. 

Step Four: Once the framework begins to be booked, you will receive a Travefy itinerary specific to your trip. A mobile app that will contain all of your travel plans, copies of documents, etc. - all in the palm of your hand. This also works as a collaboration/messaging space between us.

Step Five: On-Going Support while you are traveling. Alt Esc will be there for you should anything come up during your trip. Every attempt will be made to help, however, in some cases the vendors/suppliers/airlines will only work with the passenger. 

As your trip comes together, we will be able to determine the level/volume of commissionable reservations and time spent on your particular plans. For example: booking flights are VERY time consuming but do not provide any commission to the Travel Planner.
