Today’s “Mystery Tour” will be just that. Simon is back in town for a couple of weeks so it will be an “old times” trip. All will depend on what’s being seen in the area, but we will start at Lake Julian Park, where we will check the lake for any ducks before wandering around Buncombe (and maybe a bit of neighboring Henderson County) visiting some of the better birding spots.

Once we meet at Lake Julian, we will all have maps - just in case we get separated. Let’s hope for good sparrows, some early ducks and a few surprises.
