laundry, wines, water, beverages, food , passport or visa fees, travel insurance, and foreign port taxes unless specifically Indicated in the package inclusions. 

Our merchant account is with WeTravel.  This allows our clients to make payments  via personal checks or major credit/debit cards.  We also accept payments via phone, with a major credit or debit card, Cash App and Paypal.  FLYING ANGELS TRAVELS also accept payments of checks and money orders by mail.  These payments MUST BE RECEIVED IN FULL  45 days final payment. • 91 or more days prior to departure date: $100 + the supplier's fee (in addition to non-refundable deposit), if applicable
• 61-90 days prior to departure date: $150 + the supplier's fee (in addition to non-refundable deposit), if applicable
• 60 days or less prior to departure date: $200 + the supplier's fee (in addition to non-refundable deposit), if applicable

Name changes will be accepted up until TEN (10) days prior to departure, but are subject to the provisions of our airline partners. Name changes requested after travel documents are issued will be assessed a $100.00 per person name change fee.

Required: Spelling of names, including middle name or initial, must exactly match your government-issued ID.  Participants are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper

travel documents and MUST CHECK with the respective consulate(s) or visa agency to

determine whether any visas or passports are required. Passports are required to be valid

at least 6 months after the date of travel. Some countries require a full blank “VISA” page in

the passport for stamping purposes. All participants must have a valid passport with at least 6 months of validity and at least two (2) blank pages. EVERYONE NEEDS A PASSPORT!!!!
