As women we hold a powerful and precious place in the world. Yet many women find themselves feeling overwhelmed, stretched too thin, energetically depleted, fragmented, and disconnected.
This retreat invites you to bravely step into your true power and to be supported in calling back the fragmented pieces of yourself. To let go of what you've taken on that is not yours, that disempowers you, that no longer serves the most authentic version of you.
Together we'll use goddess archetypes, ritual and ceremony, yoga and meditation, and deep connection to Mother Nature as roadmaps to reclaim ourselves and our lives to the fullest. With the healing support of sisterhood, each woman will discover for herself what her soul desires to reclaim, and how to truly embody on a daily basis her whole, true, magnificent self.

RECLAIM RETREAT LEADERS:
Lori Myles-Carullo
Lori has been passionately serving in the wellness & transformation field for nearly 30 years, and she is deeply committed to helping people heal, evolve, and become liberated on their life path. She participated in a 3 year holistic healing program at the Transformational Arts College in Toronto, earned a Bachelor's Degree in Religious Studies, Women's Studies, and Psychology at McGill University, and successfully completed a Master's Degree Program in Transpersonal Psychology in Vancouver through Clearmind International Institute and Rutherford University.
Lori is an experienced Yoga + Meditation teacher through Yoga Alliance, a Reiki Master teacher and practitioner, Divine Feminine Empowerment Coach, and the author of Beauty's Way: Inspiration on the Path of Awakening and Yoga: True Nature. Lori lovingly leads Shakti Rising lunar circles, various online personal growth programs, and Divine Feminine & Transformational Retreats in Costa Rica, Italy, and Canada. Her husband Francesco is co-owner of Mystica Lodge and they are the proud parents of their 14 year old son, the light of their lives, Valentino.
Jackie Mucaria
Jackie has been joyfully sharing yoga with others since 2010. She began her teaching journey in Nosara, Costa Rica, and later completed her IAYT yoga therapy certification in Royal Oak, MI. She has since been leading classes, workshops, yoga therapy, teacher trainings, professional developments and international yoga retreats. She spent several years as a yoga therapist for eating disorder and addiction recovery, and continues to advocate for the use of yoga and meditation for healing from addiction, trauma and eating disorders.
One of her greatest passions is providing spaces for community, connection, nature immersion and personal growth - which she has been creating through retreats for the past 12 years. Jackie is also a reiki master and traumatic incident reduction therapist. She believes that we are each our own greatest healers, and through the practice of yoga we can tap into an unlimited potential for self healing, growth and consciousness. Through her own yoga practice, ritual and ceremony and connection with nature she has experienced profound personal transformation. Jackie resides in San Mateo, Costa Rica with her husband and three children.
