About your trip

Join me for a relaxing and fun adventure on the Cliffs of Mohr in Western Ireland.  This 8 day, 7 night retreat will help you relax, feel rejuvenated, and reconnect with your spirit of adventure. Our purposefully designed, luxury retreat venue is set against the backdrop of the Atlantic Ocean, the Cliffs of Moher and the beautiful countryside of County Clare, Ireland. Imagine a generous resort where your every need has been lovingly thought through. Where every space is filled with abundant beauty and where your comfort is the primary concern. Where every detail has been carefully and lovingly crafted to allow you to relax, let go and enjoy.
 


Each morning, we will have an all-levels yoga or movement practice followed by a delicious and nutritious bruch featuring homegrown and organic food by our resident chef.  Afternoons will be spent with included and optional adventures featured below, or by spending time at our retreat center relaxing in the outdoor cedarwood hot tub, ocean view barrel sauna, infrared sauna or herbal steam room.  All evenings except one we will break bread together with dinner by our resident chef followed by a yin, yoga nidra or restorative practice to close out our evenings. 

Cancellation Policy

 A $750.00 deposit is required to hold your spot (non-refundable, but transferable)

Refunds and Cancellations: Refund less deposit before December 1st, 2024 . In case of cancellation, you may transfer your deposit or your reservation to another person as long as you notify Krista Mason in advance. If Krista is able to fill your spot, she will refund your deposit.  Due to arrangements made with our vacation hosts, there can be no exceptions to this policy.  All participants will be required to sign a liability waiver to participate on this trip.
We HIGHLY recommend that you consider purchasing Travel Insurance. Travel insurance companies like Travel Guard and Trawick offer policies that insure your investment in case you need to cancel (including “cancel for any reason” coverages), coverages for expenses incurred due to to weather & travel delays, personal property loss and emergency travel medical.  Please review policies carefully to choose the coverage you need.

Ennistymon

Spend the afternoon/evening in the charming town of Ennistymon

Galway City

Galway city and Dunguaire Castle . This tour features different stops than the previous Burren tour. We will have a 2-hour stopover in Galway city to see the sites, shop, dine

Airfare to and from either Dublin, Cork or Shannon International Airport

Transfers to the Center

Transfers to and from the retreat center. I plan on flying into Dublin and taking the train, happy to coordinate, you can also fly into Shannon and take a taxi to the center

About your organizer

I am a yoga and fitness instructor right outside of Washington DC. I believe in the power of yoga to change lives for the better and am excited to share that with others. I believe that gaining strength and stamina on the outside can help lead to strength and stamina on the inside. I believe that being grateful for our strong and capable bodies in every activity, no matter what that body might look like, makes a difference in how we live our lives. I have a passion for teaching both yoga and fitness and I simply love what I do!
