Beautiful setting. outstanding food. Lovely options: sauna, hot tub, phenomenal view from yoga studio. Krista is a great teacher and runs a great trip!

A group of women who were mostly strangers to each other went to Costa Rica on a yoga retreat with a beloved teacher. It exceeded my (high) expectations. The yoga was of course wonderful; the additional outings were to beautiful parks and beaches, and the options for the more adventurous were all great fun. Food where we stayed was excellent -- local ingredients, delicious and also healthy. Coffee, of course, was incomparable, as we were Costa Rica. The retreat center was very nice and everyone was super friendly, going out of their way to point out birds, make sure we could get picked up by car at the beach, etc. Krista found a great spot! The best part of all, of course, was the wonderful camaraderie that always results when Krista is leading. She just sets such a wonderful tone -- you are sure to have a good time.

Wonderful facility - perfect architecture for the climate. SUPERB and healthy food, just delicious! Great pool, a 30 minute walk to the beach - or a 10 minute bike ride. Owners knowledgeable about planning excursions. Felt very safe, all the van contractors they chose for us were safe, reliable.
