About your trip

📍 Casablanca, Morocco
Casablanca is Morocco’s modern heartbeat — a vibrant coastal city where contemporary life meets timeless charm. As the country’s economic capital, it dazzles with its art deco architecture, bustling souks, and chic cafes overlooking the Atlantic. The stunning Hassan II Mosque, perched dramatically over the ocean, is a must-see masterpiece blending intricate craftsmanship with spiritual grandeur.

📍 Fes, Morocco
Fes is the spiritual and cultural soul of Morocco — a city where time seems to stand still. Its ancient medina, a UNESCO World Heritage site, is a maze of narrow alleys, aromatic spice markets, and centuries-old tanneries that tell stories of tradition and craftsmanship. From the world’s oldest university to ornate riads hidden behind humble doors, Fes is a sensory journey into Morocco’s storied past.

📍 Marrakech, Morocco
Marrakech is a feast for the senses — where colors, sounds, and scents collide in the legendary Djemaa el-Fna square. Known as the “Red City” for its sun-warmed clay buildings, Marrakech enchants with its opulent palaces, tranquil gardens, and lively souks. Whether sipping mint tea in a rooftop café or wandering through the serene Majorelle Garden, every corner hums with energy, beauty, and Moroccan magic.

Fes - City Tour

Fez, the cultural capital, is one of the most complete medieval Islamic cities in the world. Passing through the gates and walls into the alleyways beyond transports you back in time. The streets are just as they were when they were built in the 8th century, with high walls that protect the courtyards inside from the heat of the midday sun. Enormous theosophical colleges, beautiful mosques and fascinating souks spilling their goods onto the pavement are all part of the scene. You will have a walking tour to some of the major points of interest as well as some free time to wander. You’ll visit the Place an-Nejjarine, where an ancient caravanserai overlooks a fountain; wander outside the great Qayrawan mosque, passing 14th century merchant's shops; or head to the tanneries - where leather is stained in vats of strikingly colored dyes. In the souk al- Attarine the scent of exotic spices fills the air and close by a hammam, or traditional bathhouse, steams away the stresses of life.

Highlights of our day include a short hike to the ruin of the "Spanish" mosque with its fantastic panoramic view; a visit to the Ras el-Ma, where the city's fresh water springs from the mountain; and a stroll through the wonderfully restored kasbah and gardens.  Expect back to fes around 6pm.

With its dramatic walls of red earth, slit windows and crumbling towers, it is a magnificent example of a traditional stronghold. Chosen as a location for Hollywood films such as Lawrence of Arabia, Jewel in the Nile, and more recently Gladiator, Ait Ben Haddou sits upon a lofty pinnacle of rock overlooking a river.
