Individual Sound Healing Offerings by Kerry Cataline, Bowls On Bodies Yoga and Sound Healing
Saturday, June 8, 2024, from 1 -5 pm.
Sound Healing uses the voice and other musical instruments to create a harmonic resonance and vibration along with intention that is inherently therapeutic. It can help to restore balance in the body, reduce stress, anger, depression, and fatigue; invites deep rest and relaxation releasing tension and energy promoting emotional balance. Provides an opportunity to explore self-inquiry; be in a meditative state; provide deep relaxation with a profound sense of feeling nurtured and supported.
An individual sound healing session is a deeply relaxing and harmonizing experience to quiet the body, mind, and to restore balance. Sound and vibration are created from the voice, and instruments including metal or crystal sound bowls and tuning forks, which may be placed on the body, while other instruments (Native American drum, ocean or river drum, shakers, flute, etc.) may be played around the body in the subtle energy fields and energy centers (chakras).
Participants can choose from and schedule the following individual sound healing offerings:
