Just back from the Acuyogini Nature Sanctuary retreat, and honestly… my whole system feels softer.
It wasn’t fancy or overly curated. No pressure to be “on.” Just a cozy, down-to-earth setting surrounded by trees, birdsong, and women who came to slow down and reconnect.
Each day was a rhythm of simplicity:
• Yin yoga that felt like a full-body exhale
• Journaling that brought surprising clarity
• Food that was nourishing, colorful, and cooked with so much love
• Time in nature that reminded me how healing quiet can be
There was space to nap. To wander. To laugh and cry and be human without needing to explain anything. It felt like a retreat for my nervous system as much as my body. If you’re craving real rest, soul-deep stillness, this kind of experience is medicine.
