Retreat Theme Summer Sanctuary: You are invited into a weekend of building your personal sanctuary through yin yoga and acupressure. A sanctuary is a of safety or refuge. The invitation is to go inward to find your inner place of well being through your breath, body, and relationship with Mother Nature. This Retreat includes 3 classes in Yin Yoga and Acupressure taught by KC of AcuYogini, plus Sound Bowl Class by Kerry Cataline. Extra bonus classes in meditation taught by KC and garden tour by Trish Hughes. *This Retreat qualifies for 6 hours of CE credits with Yoga Alliance for Yoga Alliance registered teachers.
KC Chapman: KC is a yoga teacher and massage therapist that specializes in making these healing arts accessible and relatable to all. She teaches in person in Nevada County CA at Sierra College and online. You can learn more about her at her website: acuyogini.com

Location: Willow Springs Lodge in North San Juan is located in Nevada County, CA. The Willow Springs Lodge is an 18 acres in the Tahoe National Forest and a short drive from the Yuba River. The Lodge is designed for intimate gatherings for yoga, nature walks, and quiet contemplation.
At your online checkout there are retreat rules for you to agree to. Before attending the Retreat, an additional liability waiver will be sent to you along with participant agreements. At the first night of our Retreat, we will be revisiting the participant agreements together.

Sierra Nevada Camp Chef is a local business that has years of experience hosting meals for campers and groups. They work will all your dietary needs to nourish your body, heart, and spirit!

You are welcome to leave the venue, but it is not a requirement of our curriculum to leave the venue. All activities that take place off campus are your own time, and not part of the Retreat.
