ï All the ground transfers are based on shuttle transfers.

ï Vegetarian or special meals can be included upon request.

ï We are the only local ground operator that specializes on accessible travel in Costa Rica. Which means we create unique travel accesible experiences all around the country. Please let us know in advance if a guest has a specific disability.

ï Please be informed that travellers have to be three hours in advance at the International Airports in order to aboard their international flight.

ï  Welcome Kit  includes vouchers, detailed itinerary, map, general information of the country, safety tips, information of the locations and activities visited and even a hand made welcome gift from us. We will also include a glass bottle so you can refill instead of buying plastic bottles of water around the country.

Rates are valid for 2020-2021, yet they do not apply on certain Holidays such as, but not limited to: New Year, World Youth Week, Carnivals, Holy Week, National Holidays, Christmas, etc. Rates are subject to change.

¨ Prices are net per person and given in US Dollars. Based on minimum 2 adults travelling together. 

TRIP RESERVATIONS, DETAILS AND POLICIES

Web page packages are confirmed with payment. We make every attempt to operate confirmed trips. But we reserve the right to cancel a trip due to lack of availability, or reasons beyond our control that may create unsafe travel conditions.

FLEXIBLE POST COVID-19 PACKAGES POLICIES

Full payment has to be done 15 days prior to Arrival to Guarantee your trip.

The following Cancellation Policies and Refunds Apply:

• Cancellations 15 days or more before departure – full trip payment refund less a $200 USD administration fee
• Cancellation 14 – 10 days prior to arrival – 25% refund of trip payment less a $200 USD administration fee
• Cancellations 9 – 5 days prior to arrival – 50% refund of trip payment less a $200 USD administration fee
• Cancellations 4 – 0 days prior to arrival – no refund
• Unused Services, No Show or Changes – No partial refunds will be given for unused hotel rooms, meals, activities, events , tours or trip arrangements for any reason. Land cost quoted as a package and credits are not given for services not used.

Satisfaction Guarantee

Exceeding your expectations is our number one priority. In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with something during your trip, immediately notify your guide. If he or she is unable to resolve the issue, call our main office and give us the details of the problem, so that we have the opportunity to correct it during your trip. We will do our best to find a resolution.

Trip Protection

IL VIAGGIO TRAVEL has civil responsibility insurance but declines any responsibility for personal accidents. We strongly recommend buying an international travel insurance policy.
