Take a few days to restore your energy in the rainforest. Spend your first night at the Central Valley, in a centennial guest house surrounded by nature. Then head to Sarapiquí to immerse in the adventure in the middle of the rainforest. You will enjoy delicious meals, activities like canopy, rappelling, horseback riding, rafting, trekking, yoga or dance lessons, among others.
Those two nights in the rainforest of Sarapiquí will be enough to feel reconnected with nature and yourself.

You will see a sign with your name right after migration. They will let you know where your luggage will be and how to exit the airport. Right outside the airport door your guide will have another sign. We will implement all safe protocols.

Accommodation at a 150 years old house property of the Sheehy family. This house was built by the grandfather who had a big coffee farm all around it.
The house is now a Spiritual Retreat where you will do an Ionic Detox so you start the journey around Costa Rica with a clean body and soul.

Private transfer from Escazu to Sarapiqui.
Two hour ride where you cross the only car tunnel in Costa Rica which is 562 meters long: tunnel Zurquí. It gives you the welcome to the Braulio Carrillo National Park, where you will begin to feel and see the rainforest.
Your Lunch is included on the road at a local place. Then check in at your hotel.

The morning will be to enjoy one more adventure. Select from white water rafting, safari river float tours, canopy, horseback riding, rappelling, hikes.

Afternoon you will learn about the history of traditional Costa Rican agriculture. From crops like vainilla, pepper, exotic fruits to the basic foods of the tropics. You will also learn about medicinal plants.
Then rest at your lodge with the sound of the rainforest. You can just relax by the pool, walk around or read a book.
Dinner is served at the Lodge.
