Join San Francisco-based yoga teacher and owner of The Pad Studios, Nicole Cronin at Sayulita’s world renowned retreat center, Haramara.

Nicole Cronin has hosted transformative & nourishing retreats for over a decade, her commitment to compassionately awakening students to connect with and uphold the highest version of themselves while bringing people together to deepen their practice delivers an undeniable magic. 


This retreat is inspired by a deep calling to share the healing, heart-opening, centering, strength & flexibility building benefits of yoga and meditation. Throughout the week, you’ll explore different styles of yoga, including Vinyasa flow, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Restorative Yoga.


Perfectly placed in early February 2026, at the beginning of the New Year and a respite from the winter cold, you're invited to join us in a magical wonderland, where the weather is divinely beautiful in Sayulita, Mexico!  


This spacious gathering will be about simplicity, nature, ease and celebrating this precious life. You will return home rested, refreshed and re-energized!

The Haramara Resort is truly eco-friendly: meals are made with fresh, local and organic ingredients, and most of the luxurious rooms have no electricity, are lit by oil lamps, have open-air showers, and allow you the true luxury of living in harmony with nature.

About the Yoga...

Our morning yoga practice will consist of mediation, breath work and a steady & soulful Vinyasa Flow set to both the sound of the ocean and Nicole’s signature rhythmical playlists to take you deeper into your practice. 


Afternoon yoga practices will be a nourishing mixture of Slow Flow & Restore and Yin yoga.


Nicole believes it is essential to find stillness in order to live with ease and flow. She holds a powerful space for quiet practice that becomes a vehicle for creating balance and personal transformation. 


Nicole's teaching style is intentional and intuitive, she is known for her dynamic yet accessible sequencing, she is a lead teacher in her San Francisco studio's 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training and has a wealth of yogic knowledge and beyond. If you arrive on this retreat hungry to explore~ you will be delightfully satiated by themes ranging from the 8 limbs of yoga, functional anatomy, the energetic of yoga, the chakras and more!

About your organizer

Nicole Cronin began her journey with yoga in 2007 when she started a regular Ashtanga practice with a student of Pattabi Jois- at It’s Yoga, San Francisco. Years later, Nicole fell in love with the fluid, dynamic and soulful style of her teacher Janet Stone, along with inspiration from alignment based gurus such as Jason Crandell. Nicole has hosted retreats for over a decade and is also the co-owner of vibrant, light-filled boutique studio, The Pad in San Francisco.
