Absolutely. The training is designed to meet you where you are. Whether you’re a yoga teacher wanting to deepen your trauma awareness or a dedicated practitioner exploring emotional and nervous system healing, the course provides a clear, step-by-step structure to support you. No prior experience with meridians or trauma theory is needed, you’ll learn everything progressively.
The program is entirely self-paced, meaning you can move through it on your own timeline. Each lesson is structured to support your nervous system regulation, allowing time for rest and integration rather than rushing. You can revisit the content anytime, so there’s no pressure, only gentle, sustainable progress.
You can certainly find bits and pieces of information online or in books, but that’s exactly the problem. It’s scattered, inconsistent, and often lacks the trauma-informed context that is focused on yoga.
This course brings everything together in one place, guiding you through a clear, structured framework that integrates yin yoga, meridians, emotions, and nervous system science in a cohesive, embodied way.
You’ll learn through The Meridian-Emotion-Nervous System Yoga Method ®, my signature approach that you won’t find anywhere else, born from years of teaching, study, and real-life experience.
You’ll also receive guided mentorship, community support, and live Q&A sessions, which bring the teachings to life and help you embody them safely and confidently.
This is the only online program built around The Meridian-Emotion-Nervous System Yoga Method ®, a unique, integrative approach that bridges Traditional Chinese Medicine, emotional processing, and trauma-informed yoga principles.
Here are 3 reasons this TTC stands out:
