We have created two options for payments:

Option One - Pay in Full

Option Two - Installment Plan - (Three Automatic Payments)All installment plans are due August 30th 2026.

1. April 18th,  2026 Automatic payment 2. June 27, 2026. Automatic payment 3 and final payment August 30, 2026 for all remaining balances. We suggest making monthly payments so you don't get behind, at least 50% of the total should be paid by June 27th 2026. You can always come into the portal and make payments at any time before the August 29th 2026 due date, if you have paid the amount before the automatic payment is due it will be counted and the auto-payment will be avoided for that due date. 

50% of the booking should be paid by June 27th 2026. Example if it's a triple room 50% of each roommate should have completed 50% of their per person total. 

All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE, deposits will be put towards your final balance.  There is a processing fee, this is a one time fee and does not go to gfX. This fee is based on the cumulative total you're paying during your transaction. All payments are due August 30th 2026, unpaid balances will be automatically be charged to the card on file as per the "terms and agreements".

Your deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE, however, it does count towards your total package price if you attend the trip. NO REFUNDS ARE GIVEN IF YOU CANCEL WITHIN 60 DAYS OF TRIP. 50% refund if you cancel within 90 days (April 30th) of the trip. The deposit is Non-Refundable. - No Exceptions (purchase Travel Insurance)

Paying by credit card, the combined transaction and credit card fees are 3.9%+30c for Visa/Mastercard or 4.9%+30c for AMEX.

If the user chooses to pay with their bank account (ACH), the transaction fee will only be 1%+0.8%. Any returned payments a guest will be charged a $30.00 fee. 

There is a credit card processing fee, this does not go to gfX. This fee is based on the cumulative total of the trip you selected.
