I have always been active since I can remember. I loved any sport that my older siblings were doing at the time. Gymnastics, Dance, Swimming, Diving, Soccer you name it. I went on to play soccer and run track at Mississippi State University and finished my last two years of college playing soccer at Marshall University in West Virginia. In 2000 I graduated with a BA in Adult Fitness and moved to Atlanta to start my fitness career as a Personal Trainer. In 2002 I moved to South Orange County, California were I was first introduced to Pilates and immediately feel in love.
In 2002 I started my pursuit to become a Pilates Instructor and by 2006 I was a fully certified Advanced Level STOTT PILATES Instructor. I did not stop there, in 2009 I became a STOTT PILATES Instructor Trainer. I am also a Pilates Method Alliance (PMA) Certified Trainer and an American Council of Exercise (ACE) Certified Personal Trainer.
In 2012 my daughter was diagnosed with Leukemia. As a result, I was unable to make it to the studio to do my daily equipment based Pilates workouts. I had a Suspension Trainer at home that I used regularly to do fitness-based workouts. I started playing around with the traditional Pilates equipment and mat based exercises on my suspension trainer and to my surprise many exercises were more challenging on the Suspension Trainer than the Pilates equipment. That is how the Pilates Suspension Method started.
When I am not teaching workshops or training clients I love spending time with my husband Greg and our two children Raelyn and Renick.
The Pilates Suspension Method (PSM) combines traditional and contemporary mat Pilates and equipment-based Pilates exercises and performs them on any type of suspension apparatus.
Each PSM exercise is Pilates rooted and is also done in many of the traditional Pilates series. The PSM is designed to teach in a group or one-on-one setting

4-5:30pm Pilates Suspension Method Workshop. Learn the PSM basics and some of Rebecca’s Favorite Exercises. Room: Mesquite

8:30-9:30am Athletic Approach to Mat Pilates while incorporating the Powerhouse Ball

4-5:30pm Pilates Suspension Method Mobility and More Workshop. Learn how to perform PSM Exercises safely and effectively to increase your mobility and feel like a million bucks afterwards.

8:30-9:30am Core Focused Mat Pilates Workout with a bonus of the Booty Band
9.45 am Breakfast - buffet style, at the main restaurant (indoor private corner for our group)

4-5:30pm Pilates Suspension Method Magic Movement. Learn how to safely perform PSM Handstand & Handstand Preps, Headstands, Backbends, Grasshopper, and Roll and Wrap all at your current fitness level.
6.30 pm Group photo and professional photo shoot. Outfit for the night: fancy :)

7:30-8:30am Just You and the Mat for a Full Body flowing Pilates workout.
