 The HOTEL NAPOLEON, a five-star luxury hotel, is just a stone's throw from the Champs-Elysées and the Arc de Triomphe. With its cozy rooms and beautiful suites the Hôtel Napoléon is located in the famous 8th arrondissement, the district of luxury and elegance.

Hotel Napoleon is home to Le Bivouac, a restaurant offering traditional French cuisine inspired by the seasons and flavors of the world and Le Bar 1807. Breakfast is served daily between 7 am and 10 am. 

All rooms have central air conditioning (not easy to find in Paris!), a small safe, bathrobes and slippers, a shower (also not always standard in Paris, plus rumor has it they have great water pressure, too), and Fragonard toiletries. The award-winning English speaking concierge service also ensures that your questions are answered and your stay is absolutely incredible.

All other alcoholic beverages are your responsibility. (Wine tasting workshop is included.)

• Since dinner is usually no earlier than 8 pm in Paris, you will likely want a snack mid-afternoon. These are not included.

This is NOT a typical retreat with vegetarian cooking classes, yoga in the morning, and a spa experience. No, no. This is an outrageous adventure for outrageous women who want to LIVE LIFE TO THE FULLEST!  Over the week we are together, we'll spend time journeying as heroines at the oldest labyrinth in the world at Chartres Cathedral, unleashing our wild woman at a burlesque class, experiencing the luxury of a hammam (bath house), and learning about the history of women and fashion in Paris.  Each day, your experiences in the City of Lights will help you learn more about your own unique beauty and the gifts you have to offer the world as a woman. 

What type of woman is this trip for?

What is required to travel?
It is your responsibility to have a valid passport for this trip. Please order you new passport or check the validity of your pre-existing passport now. Lady Grey requires all attendees to have received the Covid-19 vaccination prior to traveling with our group.

What are my payment options?
We accept all credit cards. Once I receive your deposit, I will personally call you and help you design a payment plan. You'll have a full year (until March 24, 2022) to pay in full, but you can pay off your balance at any time or make installment payments on a regular basis.

What's the cancellation policy?
COVID related: In the case of a COVID cancellation or shut down of international travel, the retreat will be rescheduled for Fall of 2022 and all deposits and payments may be applied to that retreat, a future retreat, or may be refunded. 

Retreat fees must be paid in full 60 days before the retreat begins or you forfeit your space. All fees are non-refundable (except in case of COVID related reschedule as outlined above). After that date, you will forfeit your deposit but can apply your balance to another retreat or coaching program. We highly recommend you purchase trip insurance when you book your air travel.

What if I have to cancel for personal reasons?
Registration guarantees your spot is saved on the Outrageous Paris Retreat. Once you confirm your exclusive registration, you are taking one of a very limited number of spaces and as such there are no cash refunds in the event that you must cancel.

However, should you need to cancel your space on this retreat, we will happily give you a transferable credit for our next retreat or for a one-on-one empowerment coaching program.
Do I need to know French to go on this trip?Not at all! Most Parisians speak English, and a little French goes a long way in terms of good will. I'll set you up with a basic guide to some French expressions beforehand, and rest assured that our hotel staff all speak English!
Which airport should I fly into?You can fly into either Charles de Gaulle (40 minutes away) or Orly (30 minutes away). As a reminder, airport transfers are not included and options include calling an Uber (yes, really!) or taking a taxi. We can also provide you with reservation information to reserve a private car. I do not recommend depending on the train, as sometimes the line is closed and luggage is hard to manage. 

What should I pack?
We'll talk about this in detail during our group calls, and I'll be sending you a thorough packing list. You can find Paris's weather here. Please note that we will be dining and going to shows where there is a dress code, so that means no flip-flops!!! 

Are there any solo rooms on this trip? What if I hate rooming with other people?
You will share a gorgeous room at Hotel Napoleon with one other incredible retreat sister, who we hope will become a life-long friend. However, if you prefer to room on your own, you may choose to pay the supplement for your own room. Another option is to take advantage of the special $150 off offer and invite a girlfriend to travel with you so you can room together!

Will there be Wi-Fi?

There is premium Wi-Fi available in the hotel, however, you are encouraged to tuck your electronic devices away until it's time for photos of amazing food or landmarks! 

What if I have health concerns?
By attending this retreat, you are taking full responsibility for your mental, physical and emotional well-being as an adult. I am not a doctors or medical practitioner.

Please clear this trip and your travel to France with your own healthcare team. Be sure to pack whatever medications or vitamins you need for your health. You may also ALWAYS choose to opt out of any physically demanding activities at your own discretion. There are many events that require walking, and unfortunately, not all buildings in Paris are accessible because of their age. Feel free to contact me with any questions you have at 814-574-8403.

What if I have dietary concerns?
If you have special food concerns, please let us know on your registration form and we'll do our best to make sure that your food is right for you. Please also take the added responsibility of ​confirming during meals that ingredients that you are allergic or sensitive to have not been used. Human error does occur, so please be aware for your own well-being.

What if I don't drink?
Not a problem! All the restaurants we are visiting have alternatives that are non-alcoholic. For the wine and cheese tasting event, there is an emphasis on cheese for this very reason!

Lady Grey, your hostess for the Outrageous Paris Retreat and the founder of Live Outrageously LLC, is an international entertainer, educator, and certified professional life coach for women. She is a two-time breast cancer survivor and a special needs mom, and helps guide her clients as they embrace feminine energy, design a life they love, and dream outrageous dreams. She is the hostess and producer of the podcast "Live Outrageously with Lady Grey", featuring inspiring world-changers and thought leaders, and is the artistic director of vaudeville/burlesque company Lady Grey's Lovelies. A professional dancer and arts educator for over 30 years, Lady Grey has performed everywhere from Broadway to the Olympics.

In addition to being an active designer of her luxury footwear line (Lady Grey Footwear), she is also is the creator of inspirational programs like "Journey to Authenticity" and "Quiet Your Mind", online self-paced courses. The labyrinth at Chartres Cathedral dates back to 1205 and one of the world’s best-known labyrinths. Pilgrims still come from around the world to traverse it, but we'll find out why it has particularly special meaning to each of us as heroines today.

LUNCH IN CHARTRES
We'll walk down the river into the quieter part of town and have a simple but beautiful meal at the quaint Le Chene Fleuri before heading back to Paris on the train.

Want to visit another historic monument or explore another sacred place like Sainte Chapelle or Saint Sulpice? Or maybe you'd like to just journal and nap!
