1. Travel Flexibility:

• In response to the evolving COVID-19 situation, we are committed to monitoring travel restrictions and guidelines issued by relevant authorities, including the World Health Organization (WHO) and local governments.

2. Refundable Within 60 Days:

• All payments made within 60 days of booking are 100% refundable in case you need to cancel your trip.

3. Deposit Flexibility:

• Deposits are non-refundable 60 days after booking. However, they can be applied as a credit toward a future trip with us. We understand that your travel plans may change, and we want to provide you with options.

4. Within 90 Days of Departure:

• Cancellations made within 90 days of the departure date will result in a 50% refund of installment payments. The remaining 50% can be applied as a credit towards a future trip.

5. Within 30 Days of Departure:

• Cancellations made within 30 days of the departure date will result in 100% of installment payments being non-refundable. However, we offer the option to reschedule your trip for a future date without penalty.
