Day 1, Arrival in Tashkent in the evening at xxx, pick up at airport and transfer to hotel.
Day 2, City tour in Tashkent.
After breakfast you will start city tour in Tashkent with a local guide: Khast Imam Complex: the religious center of Tashkent. Here, you can see the famous Uthman Quran, one of the oldest copies of the Quran in the world, and explore the beautiful mosques and madrasahs.
Amir Timur Museum: learn about the life and legacy of the great conqueror, Amir Timur (Tamerlane). The museum's impressive architecture and exhibits provide a fascinating insight into Uzbekistan's history.
Chorsu Bazaar, Dive into the vibrant atmosphere of Chorsu Bazaar, one of the largest and oldest markets in Tashkent. Explore the colorful stalls selling fresh produce, spices, textiles, and souvenirs.
Tashkent Metro: Take a ride on the Tashkent Metro, renowned for its stunning Soviet-era architecture. Each station is uniquely decorated with beautiful mosaics, chandeliers, and artwork.
Museum of Applied Arts: Visit the Museum of Applied Arts to admire a collection of traditional Uzbek crafts, including ceramics, textiles, and jewelry. The museum itself is housed in a beautifully decorated historic building
Day 3, Tashkent-Nukus flight at 0730-0950
Transfer to airport and upon arrival in Nukus visit Savitskiy museum. It is one of the 2 Avan-Garde museum in the world which displays the art of soviet era, national costumes of Karakalpak people, their traditions. After the museum we will head to Ayazkala Yurt camp and stop at Chilpik, the hill of silence. It is a Zoroastrian heritage site dating back to 1-4 centuries AD. Later we will stop at Topraqkala and our accommodation will be in Ayazkala Yurt. Where you can experience Nomads’ life, and visit ruins of the castle dating back to 1-5 AD.
Drive to Bukhara via Kyzylkum desert. Arrival in Bukhara, later afternoon and have a walking tour in the old city center of Bukhara. Laby Hauz complex with water pond, chayhana and café around the pool, Hanaka and madrasah of 17thcentury, Trade domes of 14-17 centuries , workshops and local craft masters selling their items. Overnight in Bukhara.
Day 6, Bukhara- Today’s full day city tour, all on foot through this ancient, holy city, includes Chashmai Ayub mausoleum, Ismail Samani mausoleum, Bolo Hauz mosque and Ark Fortress. Afternoon visit Kalyan minaret, Ulughbek and Abdulazizkhan madrasa, Nadir Divan Begi Madrasa and Khanaka, Magaki Attari mosque, Chor Minor madrasa. You can finish city tour with an optional folk show in Nadir Divan Begi madrasa at 1800. Optional not included US$20 pp
Overnight.
Today we will visit outside of Bukhara, summer Palace Mohi Hosa, the palace of last Emir of Bukhara and bahauddin Naqshbandiy necropolis and Gijduvan ceramic factory. Where you can have masterclass of ceramic or embroidery masterclass. Return to Bukhara, overnight.
After breakfast, transfer to Samarkand via Shahrisabz. This ia home town of Temur who’s Son Jahnogir, his Father and his teacher are buried here and his empty tomb. Afternoon drive to Samarkand. Arrive in Samarkand afternoon. Overnight.
Today you visit Samarkand: Gur Emir Mausolem, the tomb of Temur and his sons and grandchildren and teacher, Registan square with Sherdar Madrasah, Tillakori Mosque, and Madarsah of Ulughbek. Bibi Hanum mosque , named after favorite wife of Temur, Siab Bazar, The observatoryof Ulugbek and ancient site Afrosiab. Evening train to tashkent at 1800-2020, overnight in Tashkent
Day 10, Samarkand to Tashkent by train and Departure
AM free time then Pick up and transfer to airport. End of Services
