Set on a gorgeous farm in the Lakes Region of New Hampshire, The Barefoot Summer Yoga Retreat offers a weekend of nurturing self-care practices, outdoor adventure, and the opportunity to remove distractions of daily life to connect with yourself in a deeper way.


This four-day fun-filled wellness festival in Holderness, New Hampshire offers daily yoga and meditation, hiking, paddleboarding, fresh local food, and stargazing views like no other.


The retreat price includes three nights of accommodation in a shared or private glamping tent provided by The Pop-Up BNB Co. on 180 acres of land at Wolfsburg Farm with onsite bathrooms and shower; yoga classes; all meals, snacks, and CBD mocktails included; deep connections with yourself and others.


You have the opportunity to make this weekend retreat work for you by choosing which activities you want to participate in.

What's included

Glamping accommodations

Fully furnished glamping tents provided by the PopUpBNB with queen sized beds and your choice of single or double occupancy

Plant-based meals/snacks

The most delicious, fresh, seasonal meals prepared by our private chef

Hiking/water excursion

Transportation to and from our waterfall hike and standup paddle boarding adventures

Yoga and meditaiton

Daily movement, meditation, and mindfulness practices to nourish the body, mind, and spirit

Sound Bath

Bathing in sound waves from gongs, sound bowls, chimes, drums, and many other instruments

What's not included

Transport to retreat

Participants are responsible for their own transportation to the retreat, and encouraged to carpool with friends!

Day 1

Thursday

Arrival and check-in starts at 4 pm, followed by our opening circle and first yoga practice, dinner, and a mindful stargazing stroll to end the evening.

Day 2

Friday

We will start our day with a fresh and energizing breakfast, followed by a mixed-level vinyasa practice and journaling. We will enjoy a nourishing lunch before we head out for our excursion to explore the gorgeous lakes region and make our way back to Wolfsburg Farm for a slow flow, dinner, and meditation around the fire.

Saturday

We will start our day with a nourishing breakfast before our mixed-level vinyasa flow and journaling. We will enjoy ample time to rest and relax with options for massage, astrological and human design readings, and more. We will welcome in the evening with a juicy slow flow, dinner, and relish in a delicious sound bath to close out the evening.

Sunday

We will wrap up the retreat weekend with our final mixed-level vinyasa practice, journaling, and closing circle followed by a nutritious and delicious brunch. There will be plenty of time to enjoy the rest of the afternoon to explore the property, relax, and connect with your new friends.

I have always believed in healing through movement. My classes focus on strengthening and stretching the body as well as the mind to find, nurture and embrace the power we all have inside of us. My philosophy is that movement is medicine and yoga meets us all exactly where we are - at the exact time we need it to. My intention is to be there for you. To support, guide, and hold space for you. To connect, ground, and cultivate community through this shared love of movement.
