Check in to your room and feel free to relax, and then get ready to make your way down to the group dinner which will begin roughly around 6:00-6:30pm*

Wake up and join us for an optional yoga and meditation on the beach lead by Ilana. Afterward take some time to freshen up and meet us for a nutritious brunch that will energize you and prepare you for the workshop. We will then move into the private room where we will spend the next 3-4 hours working on breaking down those barriers.
We will begin the morning with another Mindset Movement where Ilana will have an extended shivasana and address the group one final time before the group moves on to attend an incredible lecture given by Allison Harrell RD- Culinary Medicine and How The Food We Eat Effects Our Body.
Those who have signed up for a private 1:1 session with Ilana and or Allison will receive separate instructions on where to meet them.
